General provisions

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to SafeNet Cyber and those who contact us through forms on the site. The administrator of the site and the owner of personal data is SafeNet Cyber (SafeNet Security), hereinafter referred to as "we".

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, when applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

When you submit a form on the site, we may receive:

• name, phone number and email;
• the type and content of your request;
• the fact of giving consent to this Policy;
• The URL of the page from which you sent the request and the address of the previous page;
• IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access;
• technical data about interaction with the site, collected using cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask to provide special categories of personal data through forms.

Purpose and legal basis

We use data to:

• process requests, provide consultations and prepare proposals;
• establish and maintain business relationships;
• ensure the operation, security and protection of the site against abuse;
• evaluate the effectiveness of the site and our advertising campaigns;
• comply with legal requirements and protect our legitimate interests.

The legal basis for processing may be your consent, the need to take steps before the conclusion or performance of a contract, our legitimate interest or the fulfillment of our legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

The site can use necessary cookies for correct operation and analytical and advertising technologies. The site is connected to Meta Pixel, which can record page views and form submissions, as well as Plerdy to analyze page visits, clicks and interactions with interface elements. We do not transfer the content of form fields to these services.

Plerdy can use the browser's local storage. You can limit or delete cookies and local storage data in your browser settings. This may affect the operation of certain functions of the site.

Data transfer

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be transferred:

• NetHunt CRM — to record and process your request;
• Meta Platforms — for analytics and evaluation of advertising effectiveness;
• Plerdy — for analyzing visitor behavior and improving the site's usability;
• providers of hosting, technical support and site protection;
• state bodies, if required by law.

Some providers may process data outside of Ukraine. In such cases, we take available measures to adequately protect personal data.

Storage periods

Request data is stored for the duration of the active interaction and up to three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required to fulfill a contract, comply with the law or protect rights. Technical data is stored only as long as it is necessary for the security and stable operation of the site.

After the expiration of the term, the data is deleted, depersonalized or stored only in cases provided by law.

Your rights

In cases provided by law, you have the right to:

• know about the sources, purpose and location of your personal data;
• get access to your data and a copy of it;
• request correction, updating, restriction of processing or deletion of data;
• withdraw consent and object to processing;
• submit a complaint to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights or to the court.

Data protection

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access to personal data is granted only to those persons who need it to perform work duties.

No method of data transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security, but we regularly review and improve protections.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy if our processes, technology or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the Policy.
